Overview

VideoToLive (“the app”) respects and protects your privacy. This policy explains how the app handles your information.

Your Videos Stay On Your Device

All video and photo processing runs entirely on your device. Your videos, the Live Photos you create, and your editing choices are never uploaded to any server. We have no account system and no way to see your content.

Photo Library Access

The app needs access to your photo library to read the videos you want to convert, and to save the resulting Live Photos back to your library. These operations are performed entirely on your device.

No Ads, No Tracking, No Data Collection

The app contains no advertising and no third-party SDKs of any kind. Earlier versions included an optional rewarded-ad feature; it has been removed entirely.

As a result:

• The app collects no data whatsoever — no device identifiers, no location, no usage analytics.
• The app does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and never asks for permission to track you.
• There is no cross-app or cross-site tracking, because nothing is sent off your device.
• No data is shared with advertisers, analytics providers, or any other third party.

Your Choices

• Photo library access: You control this in the system Settings app. The app only reads the videos you pick and writes the Live Photos you create.
• Unlocking Pro: Pro is available with a free 3-day trial that renews as an auto-renewing 3-month subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Standard quality is free and unlimited — no ads and no viewing requirements are involved.
• Diagnostic logs: Stored locally and only shared if you explicitly choose to send them. You can clear them in Settings at any time.

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings.

Diagnostic Logs

When a conversion fails, the app records a local log (quality setting and failure reason) to help diagnose problems. These logs never contain your video content, stay on your device, and are only sent to us if you explicitly choose to share them. You can clear them in Settings at any time.

Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
