Daily Check-in runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Everything happens on your device, so there is nothing to sign in to.
Frequently asked
How do I add a habit?
On the Habits tab, tap the plus button at the top right to open the habit library, then pick a sample habit or create a custom one. You can choose the frequency, how many times a day, the time of day, a reminder and a short motto.
How do I check in or undo?
Tap a habit card to check in. Tapping again undoes one check-in. Long-press a card for more actions, including the habit’s details, a journal entry and its settings.
Reminders are not arriving
Reminders use local notifications. Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Daily Check-in and make sure notifications are allowed, then reopen the app so it can reschedule them.
How do I get the widget?
Touch and hold an empty area of the Home Screen, tap the plus button, search for “Daily Check-in” and add a widget. It shows today’s progress and lets you check in without opening the app.
How do I export my data?
Open the Me tab and choose Export Data (CSV). The file is generated on your device and you can share it anywhere you like.
Where is my data stored?
All habits, check-ins, journals and focus sessions are stored in a local database on your iPhone. Nothing is sent to a server. Erasing the app, or using Erase All Data in the Me tab, removes it permanently.
