Privacy Policy

Summary
Itinera does not collect, sell or share your personal data. It has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising or tracking SDKs. The developer receives no information about you or your trips.
Data stored on your Mac
Your trips, activities, expenses, photos you attach and your settings are stored locally on your Mac in the app’s sandboxed container. They are not uploaded to the developer.
Network services the app uses
- Apple Maps (MapKit) — to display maps, search places and calculate routes. Requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy.
- Wikidata and Wikimedia Commons — to show public photos of a place. Only the place’s public Wikidata identifier is sent, never your trip or any personal information; see the Wikimedia privacy policy.
- iCloud key-value storage — if you are signed in to iCloud, a few display preferences (such as map style and panel layout) sync between your Macs through your own iCloud account. Trip data is not synced.
Children
Itinera does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
