Overview

Hop (“the app”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.

We do not collect your data

The developer of Hop does not collect, store or receive any personal information or usage data. The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code, and it does not ask for an account.

Information stored on your device

The app stores your best score, your sound, haptics and language settings, and whether you have seen the tutorial. This information stays on your device and is removed when you delete the app.

Game Center

Hop supports Apple Game Center. If you choose to sign in to Game Center, the app submits your scores to Game Center leaderboards so that they can be ranked against other players. To pick your regional leaderboard, the app reads the country of your App Store account; this value is used only on your device to choose the leaderboard and is not sent to the developer. Game Center is operated by Apple and is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. You can sign out of Game Center at any time in the Settings app.

Third-party services

Apart from Apple Game Center, the app does not use any third-party services or SDKs.

Children’s privacy

The app does not knowingly collect any information from children, or from anyone else.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
